Studio 7 Pilates & Fitness

Studio 7 features six Pilates Reformers as well as a Wunda Chair, Steparc and Cadillac. Low impact Pilates exercise on reformers may provide musculoskeletal, medical and physiological benefits.

Our group classes are one hour in length. We currently offer gentle, beginning, intermediate and advance classes taught by certified Pilates instructors as well as a Pilates Mat class that also incorporates the stability ball. For those not ready to join a group class, we also offer private one-on-one classes.
